Reducing repeated checking
Reopening the same pages without a new research question can add stress without producing new information. Keep a log of what has already been checked and identify what would count as a meaningful update. You can then pause without losing the thread of the case.
A practical checklist
- Record the last check and result.
- Write down the missing information.
- Avoid treating an unchanged page as a new event.
Putting it in context
If a register entry has not changed, note that observation once. Repeating the same finding across many notes does not create additional evidence.
Keep in mind
This is a workflow suggestion, not a treatment recommendation.
