What this site stores in your browser

After you confirm you are an adult, a session-storage value called atlas-adult-v1 records that choice in the current tab. It contains only “yes”, not your date of birth or identity. It is used to avoid repeating the age screen as you read.

A second session-storage value, atlas-privacy-v1, remembers that you dismissed the privacy notice. It contains only “seen”. Both are tab-session records, normally cleared when the tab session ends; browsers may restore sessions. You can remove them at any time using the button below.

These are browser storage entries, not advertising cookies. We do not use them to track you across sites or send them to an analytics service.

Search, links and hosting

Filters run in your browser. Guide search terms can appear in the page address so a filtered view can be shared. Do not type private account details into search. The application has no complaint-upload or message-submission form.

The hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. This page describes Operator Atlas application behaviour; it does not assert that the hosting platform uses no cookies or retains no logs.

External sources have their own privacy practices. Opening a source takes you to the publisher’s website.

Age and access

The research publication is intended for adults aged 18 or above, and any higher minimum age applicable where they are. The age screen is a self-declaration, not identity verification or a legal eligibility assessment. General privacy information and links to support remain accessible without confirmation.

The publication is public. No country blocking or location-based permission check is implemented.

If the technology changes

This edition does not load advertising pixels or optional analytics. If optional tracking is added later, the notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated before that tracking is activated.
