What source documented means

On Operator Atlas, source documented means a research file has an attached primary-source record. It does not mean every statement about the operator has been verified or that the operator has been endorsed. Read the source description and open questions together.

A practical checklist

  1. Open the attached record.
  2. Check its date and jurisdiction.
  3. Read the unresolved section before drawing a conclusion.

Putting it in context

A historical warning can make a file source documented while its current status remains unverified. The label describes the file's evidence, not an overall quality rating.

Keep in mind

It is not a recommendation, safety certificate or licence badge.
